Please read these Terms and Conditions of Service carefully before using the services of LYKA HOLIDAYS.

By using our services, sending your passport(s), application(s), or other document(s) to LYKA HOLIDAYS, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, and agree not to violate our policies. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

LYKA HOLIDAYS may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

1.REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All payments made to LYKA HOLIDAYS for visa related services include but are not limited to visa consultation, document processing, embassy appointment booking, travel insurance assistance, and courier support are strictly non-refundable once payment has been completed.

If the client decides not to proceed with the service after making payment, LYKA HOLIDAYS, at its discretion, may allow the paid amount to be held as credit, which can be used toward future visa services within 12 months from the original payment date.

Please note that if any portion of the payment has already been used for non-refundable expenses— including but not limited to flight tickets, embassy fees, insurance, appointment bookings, or other third- party costs—those amounts will not be eligible for refund or credit under any circumstances.

However, in the event LYKA HOLIDAYS is unable to secure a visa appointment due to unavailability, technical issues, or external restrictions, and the client independently arranges and obtains the visa appointment through their own efforts or channels, LYKA HOLIDAYS may issue a refund, after deducting any applicable bank or handling charges incurred during the payment process.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information and documents in a timely manner. Any delay or misinformation from the client’s side that affects processing will not qualify for credit.

In the event of a visa rejection, application denial, or delay by the embassy or authorities, LYKA HOLIDAYS will not be held responsible, and the payment will remain non-refundable. Embassy decision is final and beyond our control.

In cases where a refund is approved, the refund process may take up to 14–21 working days, depending on the payment method and bank processing time.

Please note:
  • Credit is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
  • Credit must be used for services provided directly by LYKA HOLIDAYS.
  • Any price differences due to updated visa fees or service charges will be borne by the client.
  • This policy complies with prevailing UAE commercial norms for service-based transactions.
  • Force Majeure (natural calamities, pandemic restrictions, or unforeseen travel bans): Lyka Holidays reserves the right to offer credit notes or alternate dates, but not monetary refunds.
  • Any exceptions will be handled case-by-case at management’s sole discretion.
  • Any disputes arising out of the application of this policy shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively in the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

2.PROCESSING TIME

Visa processing times quoted by LYKA HOLIDAYS are estimates and based on typical embassy or consulate schedules under normal conditions. Processing begins the next business day after receipt of complete documents. Delays may occur due to embassy requirements, public holidays, or incomplete submissions. LYKA HOLIDAYS is not responsible for any delays, rejections, or resulting losses.

3.FEES AND PAYMENTS

You agree that all applicable fees will be charged upon confirmation of service. This includes service fees, embassy/consular charges, shipping, taxes, and applicable handling costs. Visa requirements and associated costs may change at any time without notice. LYKA HOLIDAYS is not responsible for changes made by embassies or consulates.

4.DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

LYKA HOLIDAYS aims to provide accurate and current information regarding its services. However, requirements and policies of embassies and consulates may change without prior notice. LYKA HOLIDAYS will not be liable for any inaccuracies or out-of-date information presented on the website.

SERVICE CONDITIONS

Visa and passport requirements, documentation, and fees are subject to change. Embassies and government authorities may request additional documentation or reject applications without explanation. LYKA HOLIDAYS is not liable for any such delays or denials. We reserve the right to refuse processing any document due to incomplete paperwork, insufficient time, or at our discretion.

6.OFAC-Sanctioned Countries

In accordance with UAE banking regulations, LYKA HOLIDAYS do not provide visa services for OFAC-sanctioned countries including (but not limited to): Belarus, Myanmar (Burma), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Lebanon, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

7.PRIVACY POLICY

Our Privacy Policy is an integral part of this agreement. By using LYKA HOLIDAYS’ services or website, you consent to our data collection, usage, and storage practices outlined therein.

COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By using our services, you authorize LYKA HOLIDAYS to contact you through email, SMS, or other communication channels for service-related updates, promotional materials, and marketing purposes.

USER RESPONSIBILITY AND SECURITY

You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through LYKA HOLIDAYS and for safeguarding your login credentials. LYKA HOLIDAYS is not responsible for unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

10.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the LYKA HOLIDAYS website, including but not limited to images, graphics, software, and text, is the intellectual property of LYKA HOLIDAYS and protected under UAE and international copyright laws.

FORCE MAJEURE

LYKA HOLIDAYS is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, airline strikes, or government restrictions. In such cases, refund or credit decisions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold LYKA HOLIDAYS and its staff harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms & Conditions, or infringement of third-party rights.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE

LYKA HOLIDAYS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time without prior notice. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, non-compliance, incomplete documentation, or suspected misuse.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may contain links to external sites for informational purposes. LYKA HOLIDAYS does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of information on such third-party websites.

15.DISCLAIMER

All services and information provided by LYKA HOLIDAYS are on an “as is” basis. LYKA HOLIDAYS makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use our services or website.

16.RESTRICTIONS ON USE

Use of this website and services is restricted to individuals above 18 years of age. It must not be used for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Misuse may result in legal action.

17.GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.

18.ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document, together with the Privacy Policy, represents the complete agreement between the client and LYKA HOLIDAYS. No oral or written representation outside of this shall be binding.
